One of my friends died on Sunday from kidney problem due to complications that arouse during his surgery because he had monorchism testis.

People were now saying that he should have left the undescended testis that even with one that he is still fertile

So I don’t know if anyone here has seen this case before of a monorchism man having a child,the causes of undescended testis or having one testis only
