Should I attempt UTME again or I should attempt it as a final year student?

I’m having a dilemma on what action to take. I took UTME 2018, I had 279 as my utme score and 58 as my post utme … I was given Biochemistry
I took 2019 …. I had 242💔💔 …. So I couldn’t take the post utme
2020, I scored 281… So I took the post utme and I scored 80/100 with an aggregate of 75
But I was not admitted. As the cut off for Medicine and Surgery in Uniben was 79 💔
Catchment is -2 in Uniben.
Should I attempt UTME again .. or I should attempt it as a final year student , so that I would begin a new session while I’m leaving Biochemistry? 🤧

Yes begin a new session while you are leaving Biochemistry

You can write again but try to put more effort or you should choose one of the universities that their medicine and surgery cutoff mark is below uniben cutoff.

That would be the best thing to do because then you would be a graduate of biochemistry and also studying medicine which will be a little bit easier cus u do some similar courses .
I myself was given MLS 2019 with an aggregate 70 but I wrote again last year and I HV been given Medicine , my aggregate was 81. If I was in my 3rd or 4th year I would have done both simultaneously cus it is possible.,and by having 2 medical degrees give you an edge over other MBBS doctors after graduation in terms of job opportunities
